Tryouts for 2012 will be held Saturday March 24, 2012 at Legacy Christian Academy in Andover, MN (formerly MC Christian HS). Registration begins at 9 am sharp. Tryout fee is $25 nonrefundable. Skill sets will be first; followed by team scrimmages. One elite sophomore and one elite junior team will be posted 30 minutes after scrimmages. Jrs making Glory Elite should schedule their ACT exam on June 9, not April 14.

Mitch is a 6'1 sr. As starting varsity point guard, he averaged 10 pts, 3 rebounds, 6 assists per game. He shot 43% FG and 80% FTs. Mitch was named to the North Central all-Star team and a MN Showcase top 200 player in 2011. Mitch carries a 3.0/4.0 GPA and is very active in School and Church affairs. He is a link leader (mentor) to incoming freshman, and he volunteers at St Philips' Catholic Church to aid in the homeless shelter and caring for the elderly. Adam Hofer
Adam is a 6'1 jr. As a starting varsity point guard, he is averaging 22 points, 4 rebounds & 5 assists per game. He is shooting 53% FG & 76% FTs. Adam South Dakota All-State in 2011 and First team 281 South Dakota All-Conference. He is the James Valley Christian HS team leader in points and assists. Adam has a 3.6/4.0 GPA, and is an active member of his church youth group. In 2010, he went on a Canadian trip for underpriviliged children. Andrew Lindquist
Andrew is a 6'3 sr. As a starting varsity point guard, he averaged 14 pts, 5 rebounds, 3 assists per game. He shot 52% FG and 72% FTs. Andrew was 2011 All-Conference and carries a 3.9/4.0 GPA. He scored 30 on the ACT test. Andrew is on the student leadership council and is a math tutor for incoming HS students. Andrew is involved in the service project group and is also a member of the National Honor Society. He is active in his youth group at Maplewood Evangelical Free Church. He also assists at St Jude's Church by collecting food for their food shelf and doing yardwork for people in the St Jude's community. Zach is a 5'11 sr. As starting varsity point guard, he averaged 8 pts, 3 boards, 3 assists per game. He was the team leader in scoring percentage, shooting 59%, & he shot 71% FTs. Zach was the team's leader in assists & steals and was also voted "Best Defender". KDUZ picked him as the most outstanding player of the section semifinal game. Carey Griffin Woods
Carey is a 6'1 sr. As starting varsity two guard, he averaged 27 pts, 8 boards, 2 assists per game. He shot 51% FG, 42% 3s, 78% FTs. His 52 pt game is the most ever by a Bemidji player. He was named to the North Central All-Star team, and was 2011 All-Conference. He was chosen for the 2011 MN Breakout Top 100 players, MN Showcase top 2011 players, & 2011 MN Basketball News All-State. June 26, 2011 he was named to the MN Showcase Tournament All-Tournament team. Carey's GPA is 2.7/4.0 and he is a link leader for incoming HS freshman. Brad Basco Brad is a 6’2” jr. As a starting guard on the Heritage Christian Academy varsity, he averaged 10 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals per game. He shot 55% FG, and 70% FTs, and was MCAA league All-Conference. Brad also started and lettered in soccer. Bradley carries a perfect 4.0/4.0 GPA. Dan Wills Dan is a 6'5"jr. A starting forward for Mankato West as a sophomore last year, Dan averaged 12 points and 8 rebounds a game. He shot 49.8 %FG and 72.4% Fts. Dan was All-City and Big 9 All-Conference. He carried a 3.7/4.0 GPA and was ranked 66/268 students in his HS class. This year, 2012, Dan is shooting 53% from the floor & averaging 9 rebounds per game. He also has 26 blocks, 7 deflections, and 12 steals in 8 games.
