Preliminary Glory 16U & Glory Elite (17U Practice/Tournament/Fee Schedules.
Fees for the Glory Elite 17U team are set at $1095, and fees for the 16U team at $995, nonrefundable. This one time all-inclusive fee includes classy reversible uniforms, shooting shirts, and Glory bags; Gym time, Coaching/Legal/Administrative/Insurance fees, USSSA memberships; and all Tournaments. These are tentative fees based upon our expenses and the cost of uniforms and tournaments from 2011. The team fees are due and payable at the time of team formation on March 24, 2012. If the fees are not paid in full, no slot will be held for any player.
These fees do not include costs of motel rooms for parents/players; nor does it include any travel costs/motel fees for parents/athletes' regional and national tournaments. Those travel/motel costs for athletes and parents will be each families' personal responsibilities. Glory will notify the team families at tryouts if there are any changes to the current motels where we anticipate the coaches will be staying. Sioux Falls & Wisconsin Dells motels are hard to come by and should be arranged ASAP.
All travel to and from practices/tournaments and motel costs will be arranged and paid for by each participant's parents. Coaches do not transport any parents or players. Parents are encouraged to carpool whenever possible to decrease costs. Parents not going to an individual tournament will make arrangement with another family for their athlete's transportation.
March 24, tryouts - 9 am sharp at Legacy Christian Academy in Andover, Minnesota.
All practices will be on Friday nights 6-8:30 PM before each weekend's tournaments. Practices will be held at Legacy or a more centralized gym relative to driving distances.
